Thanks for the email. You should have received your order by now and therefore I will immediately take a look into this for you.

Unfortunately, as soon as orders leave our warehouse, we are in the hands with our courier suppliers, however that said this order should be with you.

I anticipate this should be with you on or before 10th December 2018.
