easy ordering and on time delivery, doesn’t hold as much as I thought it would but I have 2 babas to cater to but it’s definitely still a good purchase.

Hi, I am sorry to read your comments below. We strive for the best customer service and due to the current situation with COVID, we are currently running using 'skeleton staff' and therefore your comment would have been answered within 48 hours of us receiving this.
After reviewing your comment, I can confirm the changing bag is to the correct size. In order to obtain the size, it is important that you pack the bag so that an accurate sizing of the bag can be obtained. Was this carried out?

Excellent customer service. Replied super quickly to my query and resolved my conundrum in a kind and speedy way. Love Bababing, and so does my 5 month old!
