After paying, they send a link for communications. The link doesn't work. The previous easily reached local sales team no longer is available. Then they expect you to call them at your own expense...

Terrible service

No responsibility
I requested help and kept getting transferred to different departments. Every time someone said they would call me back, nobody ever did. I only received help on the third day of calling.
