I think the sales person was excellent. Very prompt in getting in touch and very helpful and knowledgable. Super friendly as well.

Difficult to find the right person
Took several weeks to get to speak to the right person to arrange the insurance and then at the last minute the wrong forms had been sent to me. Should not be this difficult for an existing member.
