Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards.

Car is over 14 years of age and I would not get quote online.
What is a purpose for the online service if you cannot provide me with a quote online?
I got it when I called so if the guy in your call...

Hi Izabela,
Our website can only offer a limited range of services. The variety of vehicles and ages of vehicles means that in some cases, the policy can only be set up by staff in our branches or over the phone.
Under Data protection rules, we can only discuss the policy with the policyholder unless we have your consent to talk to your husband. I have amended the policy so that your husband can deal with the insurance in the future so you will not encounter this problem from now on.

Great customer service and will not hesitate to recommend them in the future
Their customer service was excellent and the prompt response was 10 to none. I got the disc almost immediately and was impressed with the speed of delivery

As regards the communications, please accept my apologies for the lack of an explanation. Your policy was renewed by direct debit last year and the letter issued to you was to advise that we would renew it by direct debit again this year unless we were advised otherwise. Our representative should have clarified this when you were speaking with them.
