Sometimes Good, Sometimes Bad
I rang 3 or 4 times about my renewal. Most of the time it was efficient and painless. However I was unlucky enough to get an idiot answering the phone the last time I called.

Happy with service
Got good value car insurance, even though it had gone up which seems ridiculous, it was the cheapest I could find. They had an efficient service, would buy from them again
