Disappointing
Extremely disappointing to see that my policy increases every year. Not only bad customer care but very poor strategy to retain customers. Will certainly be looking alternative options for next year.

Best value by a long, long way!
AXA beat my renewal quote by 40%, after me being with my previous insurer for 15 years. The staff both online and in branch were extremely helpful and courteous.
