We are heavily regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and it is a requirement that we give you some regulatory information at the beginning of each call. I understand that this can frustrating if you ring a few times however it is for the protection of the customers.

In relation to calling your local branch sometimes our branches can be very busy and to stop our customer having to wait for longer periods than necessary after you have been holding for a certain amount of time your call will be passed to the next available agent. All of our agents have access to the same systems so should all be able to help you with your queries.
