When purchasing a new policy, we advise of any documents required to be submitted within 30 days of the policy going live. We cannot sign the policy off as finalised until we receive all requested documents and ensure that your policy is set up on the correct terms. Upon reviewing your policy, I can confirm we had received some of the items we requested but there is still items not yet received.
I can see you have been speaking with my colleagues who have advised you of the documents we require and how to submit this.
Our customer service team is available on 02890020104 Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm to provide immediate updates and answer any queries you may have. You can also visit a local AXA branch with the outstanding documents.
If you require any further assistance do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team who will be happy to assist you, Once the outstanding documents have been processed, we will finalise your policy and issue your annual documents.
