I did not receive my order. It seems to be in transit since 20.04. Today is the 26.04. Is this because of Brexit?

Spent over £55 on a pair of earrings and one of the earrings completely snapped in half after wearing them for just two days. Awful quality jewellery, I’m so so disappointed.
