I had a fault with the bag and what was negotiated was a great standard of service to rectify the problem. Bags appear to be decent quality leather also for an amazing price.

Can’t rate Assots highly enough - ordered my bag in the afternoon and it arrived in the post the next day, under 24hrs! That’s what you call service and great bag and great price.
