Hi Gaylene! We're a little late getting back to you, but thank you for sharing your Signature Italy experience. We're thrilled you had the time of your life, and that Rosemary was such a calm, kind presence throughout. Thank you for your honest feedback on some of the hotels and meals. We're also very sorry your ride home from Vancouver didn't go as planned — that's not the experience we want for anyone, and our team will be reaching out to you directly. We'd love to have you back on another tour! The Approach Tours team

We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you so much for this lovely review of Colours of Morocco! We're thrilled the pace gave you busy days with just enough free time, and that Amy was so bubbly and attentive (we'd use all those words too!). We hear you on the tagine — it's delicious, but 17 days of it is a lot, and we've passed your note along to our team. We hope to welcome you on another Approach adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Lois! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for sharing your review. We're so glad you and Jack loved Prague, Krakow, Budapest & Vienna, from the castles to the grand Parliament Buildings, and that Kamille was always there to help. Hearing that the trip was well worth every penny is the best compliment we could ask for. We'd love to welcome you both on another Approach adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for your thoughtful review of Sicily & Southern Italy. We're so glad your Group Guru set such a positive tone and that your small group made new friends so easily. Thank you as well for your suggestions on sharing flight details earlier for travellers outside the pick-up area, on commentary during drives and on that one hotel — we've passed them all along to our team. We hope to see you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Barry and Patty! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you so much for your kind words about Iconic Greece & the Cyclades. We're so glad Sandra kept you in the loop every step of the way (she really is amazing!), and that 'everything included' meant exactly that. We'll be sure to share your review with her. And we can't wait to have you both with us again on Authentic Thailand & Phuket! The Approach Tours team

Hi Tony and Nancy! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you so much for this wonderful review. Coming from travellers who've explored more than 40 countries, hearing that South Africa & Victoria Falls ranks at or near the top truly means the world to us. We're thrilled Laura and Deon made such an outstanding team for your group of 26, and we'll be sure to share your kudos with them. We hope to welcome you both on another Approach adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Deidre! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for sharing your review of Ancient Egypt & the Nile. We're so glad Sameh's deep knowledge (and entertaining style!) and Judy's thoughtfulness made the trip so special, and that the mix of Cairo, the river boat and the seaside made it feel like more than two weeks. It sounds like your small group of 12 really became close. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to both of them. We hope to see you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Audrey! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for this glowing review. We're so glad your third Approach tour felt worry-free from start to finish, and that Kamille made it all the more special (her treats are legendary!). We'll be sure she sees your lovely words. And what a lineup you have ahead: Egypt this November with Kamille, then Japan and Iceland next year. We can't wait to keep exploring the world with you! The Approach Tours team

We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for this lovely review! We're thrilled your very first group tour was the best time ever, and that you came home from the Grand Tour of Ireland with 24 new friends. Laughter, good food and great company is exactly what we hope every trip brings. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to your Group Guru, tour guide and coach driver. We can't wait to welcome you on your next Approach adventure! The Approach Tours team

Hi Denis! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for your review (and your photo!). We're so glad you and Laura found the safaris breathtaking, and that the mix of culture, cities and landscapes made South Africa & Victoria Falls such an awesome experience. 'Rest up but it's worth it' is great advice! We'll pass your kind words along to Connie, your Group Guru. Thank you for travelling with us again after Thailand — we hope to see you both soon!
