Improve procedures

Surveyor and fitter were superb. The process of booking appointment not so good. Long wait,then salesman cancelled appointment, then went to old address. Blind looks and works good so far

Great Job start to Finish

Great Job from start to finish. One of blinds did not work when it came to installation but one of the team picked it and drove back to factory to fix and then brought it back so the installation...
