We are sorry for the slightly longer process time, we did have a delay with our supplier but we are glad to hear the process went well overall. The fabric selected with your designer is designed to reduce glare, but has 4 openness factors you can choose from - 1%, 3%, 5% and 10%. The option you selected was 10% which is designed to cut the glare but maintains the highest level of natural light throughout the room. Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. The fabric selected with your designer is designed to reduce glare, but has 4 openness factors you can choose from - 1%, 3%, 5% and 10%. Pleased with blinds but the fitter was not good. He could not connect the hub saying he had not seen this version before. Also did not explain various things about the blind and controls
