Appeal Shading 評論

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, I am really sorry that your experience has not been a good one. I would like to assure you that we strive to offer all our customers a very high level of service including the accuracy of the work carried our by our representatives. Unfortunately, on this occasion we let you and ourselves down by falling short of our normally high standards. I trust that the outcome was to your satisfaction and that you will have many years of enjoyment from your shutters. Tina Rawlings Appeal Home Shading 0800 975 5757 info@appealshading.com

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry you feel you have received a poor level of customer service since your shutters were installed. The issue which you raised with us related to work that was not carried out by a representative of The Appeal Group and therefore we can only reiterate our position as detailed in our correspondence in October 2012. I appreciate the outcome is not to your liking but trust you will still receive many years of enjoyment from your shutters. Tina Rawlings Appeal Home Shading 0800 975 5757 info@appealshading.com
