Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry that the delay in installing your shutters has spoilt your overall experience. The manufacturing and delivery of shutters averages 7 weeks from the point of survey, this can take longer for shaped shutters as was the case with your order. I am sorry that you were led to believe that the time frame was shorter than was actually possible. I am delighted that you are happy with the product and trust you will have many years of enjoyment from the shutters.
