I appreciate your disappointment in the shutters not being installed prior to the Christmas break. I would like to assure you that we were very committed to fulfilling your order promptly however, despite our very best efforts this was not possible for which we are truly sorry. The issue relating to the additional blinds was an oversight and therefore we are disappointed that we missed the opportunity to provide you with further products from the Appeal range. I would like to assure you that we strive to offer all our customers a very high level of service including the accuracy of the work carried our by our representatives. Unfortunately, on this occasion we let you and ourselves down by falling short of our normally high standards. During the installation process it became apparent that an error had been made with the measurements and steps were taken immediately to rectify this by ordering replacements.
