Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received from The Appeal Group. Unfortunately, your order for shutters was placed outside of the cut off period for us to be able to guarantee a pre Christmas installation. The shutters were ready for delivery the first week of the New Year and fitted promptly the following week, therefore the shutters were fitted within 10 weeks from the survey, including the Christmas period shut down. I would like to assure you that we strive to offer all our customers a very high level of service including the accuracy of the work carried our by our representatives. Unfortunately, on this occasion we fell short of our normally high standards for which I sincerely apologise. I am pleased that despite the delay in the installation you are happy with your shutters and trust you will have many years of enjoyment from them.
