We are disappointed to receive your report of damage in this way, as we would have been happy to have rectified this if you had simply brought it to our attention. Our installer is usually exceedingly pleasant and approachable so we can only apologise if he gave you the opposite impression on the day of your installation. Our payment terms are clearly stated on our order forms and repeatedly confirmed in all of communications. We work closely with our logistics partner and thank you for accommodating the delivery; we will of course pass on your feedback.
