Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am very sorry your installation did not go smoothly and do understand the comments you have made. Shutters are normally delivered 2 to 3 days prior to the installation. Our logistics partner delivered your shutters to the wrong address where the delivery was accepted. The day before your installation, our installer advised that the shutters had not been received by him. This caused our having to advise you at very short notice that the installation could not go ahead. We have worked with our logistics partner for four years and this is the first time we have experienced delivery to an incorrect address. It took some time for us to confirm where your shutters were. The owner of the property the shutters had been incorrectly delivered to had gone on holiday. Having retrieved the shutters, we arranged for the shutters to be installed out of normal working hours trying to minimise the inconvenience caused. All this delayed your installation by four weeks. Although we kept you informed of progress during this delay, I do appreciate our service to you has not been as either of us would expect. I am gratified that you have found the product quality to be good but once again, my apologies for the delay you experienced.
