Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. We always aim to attend all appointments as arranged, however on this occasion we unfortunately needed to postpone the Designers visit 5 days prior to their visit. With regards to the first visit from the engineer, our records indicate that there was confusion relating to the actual date we offered you for the appointment and the date on which you were expecting the engineer to visit. Once the survey had been completed the manufacture of the blinds took longer than expected due to a fabric supply issue and We appreciate that postponing the installation would have caused not only inconvenience but disappointment as well for which we sincerely apologise.
