I see that we organised for the Regional Installation Manager to personally visit you within a fortnight, who addressed the issues reported during his visit. I am unable to see that we have received anything from you requesting compensation, however we will be in touch with you soon with regards to this matter. Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this matter has caused and we trust you are enjoying the benefits of the screen during these lovely warm summer days.
