Jessica was very helpful in getting one of our offices started with service. There was a little issue in the beginning with the calls but she jumped right on it and I believe that it is corrected now.

Our customer service team is eager to correct this matter, and a dedicated account representative has been investigating what could have occurred with the texts were sent, but not received. We are also happy to review the account and apply a credit where necessary. If you are testing the line and let us know afterwards, those calls are never billed on your invoice. We appreciate your feedback, and your account representative will be in touch with you. We are confident your concerns can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
