Solved my issue with my booking and changed to new hotel with no issues. Refunded onto a voucher and then new booking made from the voucher. The difference is going to be refunded.

Simple to book,
Easy to book, but when trying to book a specific themed room you just had to keep guessing dates to find the availability.
