It was good, could have been a bit simpler knowing where discounts were taken off. But all is good apart from that

The new website is much better and has clearly been optimised for mobile use, as that is how I booked, it was simple and seamless!

Bad service
The booking service was so bad that I had to cancel my booking, ring up again and rebook the same dates and hotel with another customer service representative who understood that Merlin Pass holders...

It was fine, however I find the website a bit difficult to navigate, it should be a bit more straight forward
