Tried to book online but it wouldn't let me, so ended up having to phone up to book. Which was more expensive than when I tried to book online.

Confused.com
Had a small issue when booking online as deal i saw online cust service couldnt help. But have been before and got grest deak doing it online myself. Alls good staff at hotels are excellent

Should have free number to book
Should not charge to make booking and I was charged three days in a row because the advisor didn't write the correct email address and I rang three days in a row to get them to send me the email...

Lady on the phone was very helpful especially as I was trying to use company discount, so she helped me to get best price
