This was my 5th time with Alpine Elements and the best by far..
Great value..
Easy transfer..
Great hotel accommodation..
Cheerful, fun and friendly staff..
Good food..
Great Location..
Certainly recommend, the staff are excellent and make you feel very welcome, food also first class and the afternoon tea goes down a treat. Been twice now and will hopefully return next year.
The original Alpine Elements office contact was Poor.
The operator quite obviously had No skiing holiday experience and made some bad mistakes. First, she insisted that we could only take one 20kg...

Staff were lovely and did their best however the food was average at best and sometimes cold or over cooked.
The cleanliness of the toilets could have been better - not sure they were cleaned...
