Good Afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I did try to call but unfortunately, there was no answer. I'm sorry to hear about the lumps in the product I will have this passed over to Tena themselves, it sounds like due to the position the pull-up isn't absorbing the urine as it should, we would always recommend booster pads instead of pads with an adhesive strip, I'll send the name over for you now ( Attends Deoplus Insert Pad ) as they are designed to fit inside pull up pants, also I appreciate your feedback on the dry wipes they are produced square shape to cover large areas and to stop the waste of product when in production If you need anything else please don’t hesitate to get back in touch.
