I was given a very high quote but when I called it was dealt with extremely efficiently. It was necessary to call back due to the various issues and this was done. This is unlike many other companies.

The lady I spoke to was very professional and knew what she was talking about. She was extremely helpful and I was reassured I had chosen what was right for me.....
They quoted a much inflated price for an existing customer which was rejected and a new quote for a new customer was reluctantly agreed
A poor way to treat an old lady!!
