I get emails from people from Countrywide Properties. Is this part of Accord or is Accord part of them? It would be useful to have a note of contacts for general enquiries, renewals etc or a contact that would redirect a query.

When they wre a small company they were good. Now there is a different person every time. When work needs doing they give expensive quotes, I now source my own. Still sending mail to old address...
