Thank you for your "Excellent" feedback. It is really appreciated. Fraud by third parties is a very difficult thing to counter, but there is a concerted effort being made and several successful prosecutions have been made recently. If you have specific evidence which would lead to a successful prosecution, it is best to involve the Police and your insurers. I also know that defence costs can be significant and can far outweigh the amount being claimed and this, whilst unpalatable, does actually keep the premium from rising further. Simon Hickman

Thank you for your kind words which we really appreciate. We were surprised by the second paragraph though as our records clearly showed the total premium including Government taxes and fees and we cannot find any other quotes given at a different figure. Simon Hickman
