Thank you for providing us with this feedback. We fully understand as a trustee it's imperative the contracts you enter into, including insurance policies, have all the correct information on them. Please accept our apologies as on this occasion we haven't delivered to our usual high standards. Upon review it appears that our error and an error on the part of the insurer led to several issues with your documentation. One of our Broking Team Leaders (Justin Temple) reviewed your case this morning, obtained correct documentation from your insurer and emailed this to you directly.
