I had problem with my policy, when I phoned it could not be sorted out straight away. The staff member rang back when she said she would and the matter was sorted out.

Claire was most helpful and polite and I felt that I would like to do further business with Able 2 travel. Highly recommended.

Questions were easily understood.Good use of information from previous insurance requests. It is regretable that it is not possible to get a multi - trip policy.
