The person I spoke to was helpful, polite and didn't speak in jargon - I could understand her very well and, hopefully, we have a policy to suit our needs.

The service was fine but had I not mentioned my wife, travelling with me and already covered by insurance, I assume they would have sold me cover for just me. However, they insisted that I buy more...

Efficient

Good service - rang me back promptly with a decision. Didn't like the fact that my condition is covered but cannot be put on the policy as it doesn't fit into any of the categories.
