In the beginning. I bought a cardigan but the the size is a bit big. I contacted the customer service team and exchange the size. It was so efficient!!! Impressive!

Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased we were able to assist in getting the correct size sweater to you and hope you get lots of wear out of it during the cold winter months.
The original items I ordered were incorrect. The returns/exchange process was simple. Packaging is impeccable and support received was both efficient and friendly.
