Firat Class Credit Union are friendly, approachable and easy to deal with. I am so glad i ooened an accoubt with them, they keep you up to date with clear and easy to understand communicationd.

I have been a member for a.number of years and always found them to be very helpful and professional when applying for a loan. They also respond quickly with the minimum of fuss to any questions.

Just easy to use

Service was terrible. Tried to take money out and hasn’t been transferred to my bank. The lack of communication detailing the reason why either with an email or call would have been nice.

I tried to get money out but they have changed the fast track payment so you van only transfer £500 at a time which was no good to me

I use the app for everything. Works really well. At present I don't have much savings with you because of the Pandemic but hope to use you more over the next year.
