Put more into the app. Make facilities so members can pay in money online into their account. Why are we having to make phone calls to do these things.

Try a little harder to get savers on to website. I couldn’t get on kept saying password or username not right. Someone from the office was trying to help in 2020. Obviously they gave up. Never heard...
