Hi Jeff- I am so very sorry this transaction did not live up to your expectations. I am showing you issued sell order 23019 on Thursday 03.26 on the order was paid on Monday 03.30. It was sent out in the mail on Tuesday 03.31. We mail via USPS First Class and you should expect it within 3-7 business days. I am showing you deposited the check with your bank on 04.10 which would be 8 business days after sending. Unfortunately, your envelope was in the mail around the Easter holiday and our experience is USPS runs a little slow around those times.
