Wrong product sent, concerns ignored

When dissatisfied with the product, I requested a replacement or refund. They ignored me and stopped replying to emails.

Hi Mikhail, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise for the confusion and the poor experience this caused. To clarify - the product you received is the same formula as Lion's Mane+, with identical ingredients and dosages. The name difference on the packaging is due to FDA regulatory requirements for certain market packaging, which we acknowledge was not communicated to you previously and we completely understand why receiving an unfamiliar name was alarming. We are also truly sorry that your emails were not responded to in a timely manner, your email got lost in our inbox and that is entirely on us. We have since been in touch, issued a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill and provided a discount code for future purchases. I appreciate your reply. However. 1) You didn't "lose an email". You ignored three different emails over a couple of weeks. 2) The decision to refund 1/3 of order instead of replacing questionable items with those originally purchased as advertised on the website (as requested, and is the easiest thing to do) is questionable. 3) FDA is American. Why you are shipping old American branded items in the UK also raises questions.
