Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We initially shipped your order via DPD Netherlands, however unfortunately DPD returned the parcel back to us. Therefore, we arranged to send a replacement parcel which was delivered on 30/01. Unfortunately, couriers sometimes lose or return parcels. In these cases only thing we action we can take is to resend parcels, as once the parcel is handed to the courier, there is not much we can do.
