Customer services non existence dispite ordering numerous items before would not help once I encountered a problem.

We are very sorry you felt disappointed with our service, we did respond to your email and complaint quickly. Your frame was engraved as requested and we do offer advice about our fonts within our website. The font in question is our most popular font and we have never received this complaint before. Had it been an issue we would have withdrawn it. We display a range of fonts within our images so customers get an idea how they look but you chose a different one to that displayed which is why it was 'not as website'. We always try and represent on our website a true depiction of our products.
