Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you feel the delivery time took too long. Having looked into the account we can see that a Saturday delivery service had been selected at checkout due to the order being placed after our 5pm next day delivery service option. We have spoken with DPD our courier partner and they have confirmed that this was delivered at 09:27 on the Saturday requested. Would recommend and definitely use them again. My dog has never been so healthy since having Yora. Because of severe weather the last delivery was delayed. I was kept informed by Yora staff.
