We realised that incomplete shipping information triggered the issue, but we're so sorry about the difficulty you had to go through to retrieve your lovely PJs! Next time, please do just let us (the customer services team) know about this issue and we can figure out the problem for you - and can save you a lot of effort by tracking the order ourselves or by sending a replacement order!
