The dressing gown is beautiful. I initially bought the small but realised I needed the smaller size, so it had to be returned. Everyone I spoke to was warm, friendly and quickly sorted out the issue....
Thanks for the feedback! We hope as we grow that we can offer more within the collection for a range of sizes, so we'll definitely take this into consideration. However, if you would like a bit of extra length and haven't done so already, hems have been designed so that they can be taken down.
I ordered a beautifully soft PJ top which was slightly too small and customer service were very prompt and asked me to return the top for the bigger size with no postage. Top arrived and is perfect!...
