I haven't received my order yet. I placed my order on September 28 and 2 plus weeks later, I still do not have my items.

I received the same notification on Saturday and walked around my house TWICE looking for the "delivered" package. I called UPS and to let them know I had not received my order and it was not delivered. I was told that it was delivered to the front desk of some USPS office in Easthampton, MA and UPS considers that "delivered" . UPS was of NO help and couldn't give me any additional information. This is not the first time I've had issues with receiving items from WEBS. I'd appreciate your help with this matter or if you could just send me another shipment containing my items. Thank you
