I am very sorry that you found our Touraine Sauvignon unsatisfactory. As ever, we would be very happy to repatriate any bottles that you have not opened and credit you for them. I assure you we do take great care in selecting all of the wines that we source, particularly those that we are putting our own name to. I definitely didn’t think the Touraine Sauvignon lacked acidity, body or fruit and would not have committed Yapp Brothers to putting our name to it if I did. I am glad that our other own label wines did find favour and very much hope that we can improve our track record in future. We do appreciate your feedback, so thank you for taking time to give it.
