I made an order for x-mas garland in December 2012. It was the courier service that I was dissappointed with, not xmas direct. It is ashame because I was really looking forward to the order.

We are very sorry that your garland did not arrive in time. We despatched for next working day delivery, however, the courier did not deliver to you on time.
