All ok

The initial sales guy was great and very helpful. The support team are pleasant but feels like there’s a lot of delays and unnecessary chasing for info I’ve already sent over.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave us honest feedback. I'm sorry to hear that getting the finance documents sorted was complicated for you. Some of our funders are particular about what proofs of ID and address as well as the format of them that they can accept, and I think this was the issue with your case. Looking into it this seems to have now been resolved and I know the team will be working hard to ensure the rest of your leasing journey runs smoothly

Thanks for your reply Abby. I felt mean writing that initially as the support team are very pleasant. I just felt that I’ve been contacted a few times about the same thing. I’ve upped my stars to 4! Hopefully I will get the car soon 🤞☺️ Many thanks

Hello, Thanks for coming back to me and for updating the review! I know it can be annoying when we ask for the same thing repeatedly and it doesn't help when we have automated chasers as well so completely understand the frustration! The team will be in touch soon to update you on your car and hopefully get delivery 😊
