Thank you for the message. We are really sorry to hear that there have been delivery problems. The courier's website is showing this item as having been delivered on the 30th June. This is clearly not the case, so we will follow this up with them immediately. If we are unable to resolve this, we will send a replacement. Hope this is OK. James.
