Good Morning,

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with your delivery costs.

I can confirm that we do clearly state on various banners on our website along with in our delivery information that our free delivery is available on orders over £30 ex VAT but that this excludes orders with stamps or collectibles in them.
